DogHeroArt production is customized and this is the reason I don’t offer returns. My artworks are made personally for you and your pet!
Yet client satisfaction is my main goal and I would like to provide the best possible service. Do not hesitate to contact me if you are unhappy with my product!
Of course, I will replace it without question if you receive the wrong or damaged in transit product, incorrect size. Let me know if you experience any of the problems listed above within 48 hours after delivery.
You could cancel your order for free within 8 hours after the moment you have placed it. Once this period expires, the cancellation will be granted at my discretion, since I start working on your product shortly after you place the order. You owe 30$ in case you cancel the purchase after the artwork has been created.
Provision of a high-quality photo, in accordance with my “Photo guide” is crucial when creating a high-quality artwork. Please, keep this in mind when you submit a photo of your pet! There is no way to use low-quality pictures and paint the highest-quality portrait! You may add a note to the photo with certain requests though. I am open to making tiny changes in the painting in terms of removing red eye effect, editing eye color, etc. On the other hand, changes like adding a smile or "open" the pet’s mouth are not possible.
All examples on my site were made from photos with high resolution. Avoid sending low-quality, blurry photos, as this does not allow me to create the excellent finish you see in the pictures I advertise.
